If you are getting an alert about a Legacy System Extension, it's just a warning that the extension is probably an old 32-bit component of the OS and will be incompatible with the current or future macOS versions.

Have you recently upgraded from a previous OS to Monterey?

The extension was likely required for some piece of software that was installed prior to macOS Catalina and anything newer. 32-bit apps and components no longer work in the newest OS versions.

They unneeded and don't work.
