We recommend contacting your carrier to inquire about this.
Are you calls going to a unrecognizable number?
Do you have a choice to set the call forwarding directly on your iPhone by opening Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding ? Did you check to see if perhaps that feature is enabled?
Is it each individual app that says it is being forwarded?
