Want to ask about education pricing

My question might be out of context from the community but I do not know where to ask about it. Please let me ask this question. Now I am currently studying in Pearson College which is located in London. The problem is that I am in Myanmar and I am not studying directly from Pearson College. I am studying in Myanmar Imperial University which is a partnership university with Pearson College. That is why I want to know that "Is the education pricing available for the students who are studying courses from Pearson College by the partnership university?" I really want to use MacBook Air (M1, 2020) but I still can't afford to buy:(
