Lost phone forgot Apple ID password

Desperate here… I lost my iPhone 8 (work phone). I don’t know my Apple ID password to log in to try and find it via other device. I go through the steps to reset Apple ID and it asks for my trusted phone number to give a code. Problem is the trusted phone is set to my lost phone.

any ideas?
