Since I bought my M1 MacBook Pro I've had to replace the Century Gothic font in documents that use it. I've tried installing the font with Font Book, but it's not available. Since this is a font I really like and find easy for reading, I'd like to get it back.
I have installed Quicksand. It is similar enough for most purposes. It’s just annoying to have to switch away from Century Gothic because Microsoft and Apple can’t work out a way to make it available to all Mac users.

That sounds as though you cannot use it in a new word document?

This info says that it ships with Microsoft Office; so you may want to check with MS:

I have an Office 365 Subscription on my M1 MBP. To test, I opened a new document and was able to choose Century Gothic as the font I wanted to use.
Unfortunately, I neither have nor want Microsoft Office.
OK.......MS Apps run great on my new MBP M1 but have to have them for my work.
Yes, but that is because of your MS subscription I would assume. I meant using it with Mac OS.
I just checked Pages, which I never use and Century Gothic isn't there. I haven't tried to download the font as I have no need to use Pages.
Pages s Apple’s native word processor, and I use it constantly. Not having access to Century Gothic there on my new M1 MacBook Pro is frustrating.
I just checked the Font Book App on my MBP and it appears Century Gothic isn't an option. Perhaps there is an app on the App Store, which you can purchase which may include Century Gothic?
