sync selected photos albums

Is your Photos Library enabled as the System Photos Library? Only the albums in the System Photos Library can be synced to other devices.

• Open Photos, go to Photos > Preferences > General.
• If the option "Use as System Photos Library" is not greyed out, click it, to make the currently open library your System Photos Library.

Then restart Photos and try again to sync.
