iPhone does not turn on

my iPhone X suddenly turned off and it's not turning on anymore, when I tried iTunes, it gives me an error and not restoring my iPhone, do I have any other options?

iphone x won't turn on after update to 13.6.1 I believe my iPhone X updated to 13.6.1 overnight. When I went to start my phone back up, it was stuck on the screen with the Apple logo and kept turning on and off. It would stay like this for while and then kept displaying the Apple logo before turning off again. I have tried to update/restore it using iTunes on both a Mac and a PC, but nothing is working. I get an error message in iTunes that says "the iPhone could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (14)." I do not want to restore it to factory settings and lose everything. Please help!

My iPhone turned off and won't turn back on My phone turned off and won't turn back on! I tried to update and restore it through a laptop and it gives an error 4013 [Edited by Moderator]

Restart the device. That's it.

Try the following:

▷ Turn iPhone on or off.

▷ Force Restart iPhone.

If that didn’t work, get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
