To stop a pending Cash App transaction, take a look at this article from the app developer Cancelling a Payment and contact Cash App for assistance Contact Cash App Support.
You should also contact Apple for help with billing by using this Get Support link or Contact Apple Support to make sure the payment doesn't try to go through again.
