Welcome to Apple Support Communities. "System" is the space that is utilized by the iOS. This amount can vary based on your device and model. There is no way to manually delete this data. Are you receiving alerts that your device is out of storage? Your device should manage your storage and free it up as needed, but if you're receiving alerts that you're low on storage, we recommend that you contact Apple directly: Get Support
