if it was me then to be sure I would likely change gmail password
I deleted the Gmail app on the iPad before giving it to the guy who bought it from me. Can he still have access to my Gmail accounts after installing the Gmail app back?
if you gave him an ipad with your appleID still tied to it then you should change that password too
