Screen time

There is a process that is not related to any app on my iPhone that is counting toward my ‘screen time’ every day. It is identified as ‘com.dollarshaveclub.dollarshaveclub’ and I have no idea where this process is coming from or what it’s doing. There is no DSC app and I don’t have a tab in any browser open on DSC’s website. I can’t find any app to help investigate the processes on my iPhone. I need to be able to terminate this process and keep it from tracking itself as using screen time even when my phone is locked and all apps are closed.

If you're using Safari as browser, have you already tried to perform this procedure?:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

When done, restart your iPhone and test it again.

If the issue persists (even after trying to clear Safari history and cookies) I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
