I recently purchased iPhone 13 pro from other country. I can connect my AirPod pro between iPad and iPhone but I cannot connect my iPhone with iPad via Bluetooth what is the solution ?….plz help

Bluetooth file transfers have never been supported by iPhones or iPads. Use AirDrop instead. It does not require Bluetooth pairing.

You cannot pair them because that is not supported and unnecessary.
What exactly are you wanting to accomplish by pairing them?
Both devices need to be near each other, and have Bluetooth and WiFi enabled. They do not need to be connected to a WiFi network.
