To check ur Apple ID recovery status go to iCloud.com enter ur Apple ID and password then it’s gonna take u to the next page witch gonna say enter six digit code that was sent to ur phone hit didn’t get verification code after that something will show up hit more options then it’s gonna take u to the page that page gonna say enter ur Apple ID phone number once u enter it click continue n after that a page will pop up telling u how many days u have left so u can reset ur cell phone number or password ur welcome give me a like

Apple ID Account Recovery without Trusted Phone Number I made the mistake of changing a phone number on our family plan before I removed the passcode from the phone. When I acted like I wanted to remove the passcode, it is forcing me to put in the icloud password from the account the phone is attached to. I cannot remember the password and it won't let me change it unless I have access to the (previous) phone number or the icloud email itself!! It's a vicious cycle!! Any ideas?
