My mom have a phone i did factory reset, and its asking icloud id and password, but we forgot password. I wanted change password, its asking registered phone number, the number it showing is unfamiliar to us. But i am able to log in gmail which registered to Apple id. Please help me to solve this issue we struggling 2 month with it.

Thats the case, I can’t get any mail, they asking only phone number. But the number there is unfamiliar to me. I am able to use that apple id registered gmail. Not phone number
is there any other options than that. My another iphone is fully locked and I can’t use it.
