"Not enough space on drive" error - When trying to download windows on imac via bootcamp

I'm trying to download windows on my 27-inch imac (late 2013).

I started the bootcamp process with the usb drive in FAT 32. Boot camp started process and stopped, saying there was not enough space on the drive. The usb is at 32gb which should be plenty? i have tried formatting the usb to Ms-dos (FAT32), Ms-dos and exFat, but nothing seems to do the trick? I can't seem to find out what the problem is.
