Right; I've installed iCloud for Windows and enabled the password extension. Proof:
If I try to use it I get:
Why is it asking me to enable it when it's already enabled?
This is really annoying...

It does appear the feature is already enabled, what happens when you click to enable it from this button?

Does this happen with all password links, or only this one in particular?
Does the same thing happen if you restart your PC normally and then test again after?

Good news is that I have got it to work.
Bad news is I have to "Enable Password Autofill" every time I use it by entering a six digit passcode that pops up in the bottom right corner of my screen. So it's hardly a time-saver!
I have taken a photo (not a screenshot as Windows annoyingly blacks out the iCloud box with the passcode if I try to get one) but alas cannot attach it here as a message comes up saying "There is an error occurred while loading this image. Please try again later." Which is both really unhelpful and very bad English...
