AirPods Pro connectivity issue

AirPods Pro after keeping them in the case also its always in connecting with mobile. Not getting charge for 2-3 days and When it went to 0% then also its not getting charge for 2-3 days.Case is getting charge.

@AppleServiceCenter guys replaced the airpods two times and case one time. Then also no use.

@applesupport guys telling after software update that will fix. But last 1.5 year onwards they fail to set my problem

Whats the exact solution for this instead throwing in the trash.
