please cancel my Apple Music subscription, it is not canceled from settings.

Is your region set to Russia? In that case, you may already be canceled since Apple Music is no longer available there. What happens when you try to set a new region? Remember, you need a valid payment method for the new region otherwise it won’t work. If that’s not the case, post a snapshot here please.
