Apple Music

hello, I can't download musics in Apple Music and listen offline. It always error "this device cannot be transferred. this device must be linked to your Apple ID to play content saved offline. this device is already linked and cannot be transfered for 86 days." and the problem is I buy Apple Music account for three months and I can't listen to music offline for 86 days!! what can I do? please help
