PAYMENT METHOD ISSUE

I am unable to add a payment method to my Apple ID. It not accepting any of my cards and most of the time there is no option of credit/debit card. attached is the screenshot

Credit and debit cards are not supported as payment methods in India.

Only Net Banking or UPI are supported for adding funds.
