What happens if you request a refund and it says refunded but you still don’t see the money in your account? Where does it go?

What do I do? I put in the claim two days ago and it says refunded but I don’t see the money in my account? I thought the money would’ve been in my account by now and the purchase I requested to be refunded was a lot of money

It can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit institution to process the refund and reflect the balance on your account.
