cannot pair air tag to 13 pro
I have a new 13 pro max and cannot pair an old air tag and a new air tag.

This was not helpful. I purchased a second Air Tag yesterday thinking the one I had was not functioning. The brand new one did not pair.
I will call the call center for better information and service.
