I got new iphone. I just wants to transfer the contacts from my old phone to new phone. I do not want rest of the filled up storage data transfer to the new phone.

If the old phone was syncing Contacts with iCloud, on the new phone go to Settings/Your Name, then iCloud, and turn off all iCloud syncing except for Contacts. Then go to Settings/Your Name and sign in with your Apple ID.
Your contacts should automatically sync when you sign into your new iPhone. 📲
