So we have three Applewatch SE's and they are all connected to my I-Phone SE22. How do I update the watches on my phone. I have to sign in and accept the terms but I can't figure out how to do it.
Any help would be great!

I'm not sure why you cant't sign in and accept the terms but you can try updating directly on each watch. See the 'Update directly on your Apple Watch' section in:

Try to update from the watch itself.
Restart the watch.
Place the watch on the charger.
Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.
On your watch, open the Settings app.
Tap General > Software Update.
Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
