Have AppleOne & iCloud+50GB, still gettting prompts to upgrade to iCloud+? (HELP!)

I have iCloud+ 50GB on my SE2020 Gen2, and AppleOne, & iCloud (Drive, Photos, & Bookmarks) on my Windows-11 PC w/FireFox. (iCloud shows 50GB storage on the PC.) All are on the same Apple ID. Yet, when I access the Apple website on the PC, I keep getting prompts to upgrade to iCloud+. Do I need a separate iCloud+ subscription on the PC? If not, how do I access iCloud+ on the PC? I have signed out, cleared my history, cache, & cookies, rebooted the PC, and signed in several times, but no change.
