How do I restore all of my notes? I deleted an old email from my iPhone , not realizing all of my notes were attached to that email. I need my notes back! I added the email account back to my iPhone but still can’t find my notes.

That is the only way to get them back, contact your mail provider and see what they can do for you.
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the account and turn Notes back on
Deleted email deleted all my notes attached to that email address.
