How to delete a calendar from my iPhone that has no ‘delete calendar’ option?

Thanks. That made me look to see if it was a shared calendar and it wasn’t but it was under a category called Outlook. So, I went to Settings > Calendar > Outlook and turned off the Calendar option. It, then, asked if I wanted to delete the calendar from my iPhone and I said Yes. After that, it was gone.
