Live captions

How can I turn on live captions for my iPhone while playing a podcast? Picture of live captions working on an android phone with podcast. Without downloading additional app to support this. I have a video of it working but unable to upload this. I’m deaf and would like to be able to “listen” to some of the podcast that does not have captions and/or video to support it.
