If you are filing a complaint with Apple they should be able to find your receipt, but you can call AppleCare where you are and ask to be transferred to Customer Service or write a letter to the store asking for either a copy of the printed receipt or have them email you one.

You might want to search your eMail for messages from Apple, just in case they eMailed a digital receipt.
Take a look under your purchases, but if you bought it in a store, you would have to contact the store.
It is stored in the USA at the store you purchased it from. Why are you needing it? And if you are going to buy from another location always make sure to get an email receipt. You can check it prior to leaving the store.
There are no public emails for Apple Stores. You will need to write a letter and snail mail it to them. What country are you located in?

Well, sorry, but we are just other users and cannot do anything. You can try Apple support, but I do not think they can do anything about a store's records.
