Why does the time on my reminders keep disappearing?

Do you have Reminders configured with your email account?
You can check by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [account name]. See if there is an option to enable or disable Reminders there.
Then, we'd recommend making sure your iPhone iOS is fully updated.

Next, try force quitting the Reminders app, restarting your iPhone and checking it again. Finally, try creating a new Reminder after all these steps to see if the time you set stays.
