Group text oddity
How do I opt out of texting in a group text with members who are not iPhone? Very annoying to no longer be able to opt out

It has never been possible on an iPhone to remove oneself (or anyone) from a group text that has both iMessage and SMS users. The only option is to ask the other members of the group to start a new text that doesn't include you.
