How I can make my iTunes balance 0

My balance in iTunes ( 0.02 ) and I can’t spend this money

I want to make my balance empty

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

The options available to you are...

Add more funds and buy something useful else
Learn what to do if your remaining store credit is less than the cost of a single item.
