Refunds for YouTube Premium from the App Store

Hope someone can answer

I got confused and signed up for YouTube premium on my iPhone but i already had a membership directly with youtube. I thought it was just asking me for my monthly payment. I didnt realise I paid twice. Does anyone know how i can get my $29 back from Apple?
