Some of my videos and live photos are not showing up on icloud.com but can be viewed on my iphone. How do you fix this?

Get help with iCloud Photos

Does this behavior occur on any other browser, specifically Safari? The format given for videos and live photos may not be supported by iCloud on your browser. You mentioned that you're unsure how to access iCloud Photos in any other way so we'll share some alternatives and user guides below.

Hello letinga177,

Got it. Have you tried restarting your Mac or your internet router? If not, give those actions a try as refreshing both the Mac and internet may be the fastest solution.

Shut down or restart your Mac

Thanks for your response.

I am on a Mac 10.14.6 using the Brave browser to access icloud.com. All my photos are on my iPhone 11 and I have backed it up to icloud. I don't know how to access icloud other than going to icloud.com and logging in. When I look to make sure that the photos have backed up on icloud, some of them (videos and live photos) don't appear but have the hazard sign icon instead, see attached image in original post. These videos and live photos are in my photo library on my iphone and have not been recently deleted. They play fine on my phone but don't appear on icloud. I would like to know how I can correct this.

I am not backing up photos from my mac or syncing the photos on my iphone to my mac. These photos are strictly on my iphone. And I am backing up my photos directly to icloud from my iphone. The troubleshoot link you sent seems to be addressing a different issue.

Thanks for your response.

I checked on Safari and the issue is still there. Some videos and live photos are visible but not all of them are visible. I still have the hazard sign icon in place of videos and live photos.
