SD Card Reader not Recognized IPad Pro iOS 14

I have tried resetting my iPad Pro via the forced restart. Unplugged and plugged back in the SD card reader, and my IPad Pro still isn’t recognizing my SD card reader.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Your SD Card Reader may actually be working as expected. With introduction of iPadOS, the import photos prompt doesn’t now occur. Instead, you should be able to simply import using the native Files App.

It appears that you're having a problem with your iPad Pro not recognizing your SD card, and we're glad to provide assistance.

Connect external storage devices to iPad - Apple Support -- Review the information on this page of the iPad User Guide. Make sure you're using the correct cables and the card has been formatted correctly.

If your iPad still isn't seeing the card, which iPadOS version is your iPad currently on (Settings > General > About)?
