Why Apple is so disappointing?

Once again I get surprised by the fact that such rich company creates such low-quality and embarrassing UIX! I can’t understand what should I do to activate my iCloud subscription.

After selecting “Activate” button I get redirected to my payment methods (apparently had not enough funds before).

So, after updating it (also, why would I need to update it if it’s fine and not expired??? Are you kidding me???), nothing happens. I just stay on the same screen with “Edit” button in top right. What should I expect?! Where to go? Whom to ask for help?

So, disappointing, Apple!
