iPhone become slow after putting e-sim

Do you notice the device running slowly when using a specific app? If so, which app? If multiple apps, which apps? Does the problem happen when you're on Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both? How much available space do you show on your device? You can check under Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
