Mic mode not appearing in Control Centre on iMac

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. You mention not seeing the microphone in Control Center on your iMac. Let's make sure you've granted control access to it in your System Preferences. We'll be using these steps:

Control access to the microphone on Mac - Apple Support

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy , then click Privacy.

2. Select Microphone.

3. Select the checkbox next to an app to allow it to access the microphone. 

Deselect the checkbox to turn off access for that app.

If you turn off access for an app, you’re asked to turn it on again the next time that app tries to use your microphone.

Are you signed in to the FaceTime app on your Mac? If not, we'd recommend signing in. Then try using Control Center and Mic Mode: Change audio options for FaceTime calls on Mac - Apple Support

Filter out background sounds

When you want your voice to be heard clearly on a FaceTime call and other sounds filtered out, you can turn on Voice Isolation (available on Mac models 2018 and later with macOS Monterey). Voice Isolation prioritizes your voice on a FaceTime call and blocks out the ambient noise.

1. In the FaceTime app  on your Mac during a call, click Control Center  in the menu bar, then click Mic Mode.

2. Select Voice Isolation.

You should be able to go to the Video menu in the menu bar > then select the microphone.

Does this issue persist when you connect headphones?

We see that you have Bluetooth enabled. Do you currently have any Bluetooth devices connected to your Mac while you're on a FaceTime call?
