Answers to what? You should not be messing around in the device's logs unless you understand what they mean and are saying.
Unless you are an Apple developer, those logs are pretty meaningless. No one outside of Apple could begin to tell you what those logs mean. Yes they are saying the internal storage drive has seen some data writes. It's been used. nothing abnormal about that since devices write to internal storage. That is a normal thing to be doing.
I can tell you that they don't mean anything is wrong with your device or that it has been hacked if that's what worries you. Beyond that, they are just logs from an iPhone.
