Being charged twice for the same App
We have had Joist Pro for contractors for a number of years (this is set to auto renew every June 20.).
Last September the 7th, 2021, we chose to upgrade to Joist Pro Elite, they charged us the full price of $289.99 from apple. (this purchase is not showing up on our end in history....but it is on the joist side.)
We now have access to the Joist Pro Elite....However, we just received a notice from Apple stating that the Annual renewal is set for June 20, 2022 for Joist Pro. That is $119.99.
I do not want to continue paying for two separate subscriptions for the same account!
We would like to keep the up-graded version Joist Pro Elite.
Please help us with this issue.
