Does the Apple watch track mid-day naps as sleep time?
I wear my Apple watch most all the time and will take naps during the day at times. I am not sure if Apple watch tracks naps as sleep.
I have sleep tracking activated and I wear my watch at night during my usual sleep time. I am surprised that I am not getting as much actual sleep as I thought, based on the data seen in the Health app.
I am hoping the sleep app tracks total sleep time but I have not found that info by searching.
