Layout app not working!

My Layout app is not working! I've updated my iPhone to the latest available update (iOS 15.5) and restarted my phone, uninstalled the layout app and re-installed it, inquired help through the Layout help center via the apple app store, and searched YouTube. Please help!

Has the layout app stopped functioning? it no longer has my photos installed nothing happens Ever since last upgrade on phone the app has not opened even after I deleted it and reinstalled please help! it's the only collage app that allows me to move around the photos and has no borders, it's amazing!!!
