Lost Air Pods Pro Mark as Lost Mode
Why don’t my Air Pods Pro have the Mark as Lost option on the Find My app but other devices like my Apple Watch do?

This is quite unusual. If you continue to have this issue verify that the phone is on the most recent version of iOS (15.5) and that the firmware is up to date on your AirPods Pro. Here's a good reference on how to force the AirPods to update. https://www.macrumors.com/how-to/update-airpods/
