The alarm and timer sound on my iPhone 13 mini is very faint. How to fix this?
I just got a new iPhone 13 mini. The alarm and timer work for about one second, then they become very faint.

The alarm and timer are attention aware. That means if you are looking at the device, they will lower their volume automatically since they know you are now looking at the iPhone and realize there's an alarm going off.
They will maintain volume if you aren't actually looking at the phone.
You can turn off the feature in Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features.
