How do I change my caller ID on my iPhone 11

I have had my phone number since 2014 and have no idea what carrier the previous person had so I could contact them to have her name removed and mine updated. Do you have any suggestions in regards to this? Otherwise I have to just turn off caller id on my phone so I only show up as cellular call. It really would be nice for people to know who is calling them since all the scam garbage going on these days one hardly wants to answer an unknown caller (and yet our numbers get spoofed to, sigh).

Your caller ID is provided by your cellular carrier. If you want to change it you must contact them.

Your phone does not generate your caller ID. Your carrier generates in on their network. The is nothing you can do on your phone to create or change your caller ID.
