Can you cool iPhone (13 Pro) in a Fridgerator?

I noticed an increasingly high amount of times my iPhone overheats due to external temperature and exposure to direct sunlight. As such, I found a possible solution: place the iPhone (powered off) in a refrigerator for ~5-10min.

Can anyone verify this method is “safe” for the hardware on my device?

No. It is not "safe".

Rapid temperature changes could cause moisture to condense out inside of the device, causing liquid damage, which is unrepairable and not covered by the warranty.
