High power mode option missing on 2021 Macbook

It doesn't look like I have the option for high power mode on my 2021 16in Macbook. I only have low power mode. Where can I find high power mode for my computer?

macOS Monterey Low Power Mode not available on Early 2016 MacBook 12" On my early 2016 MacBook, macOS Monterey's low power mode is not available. See screenshots. According to Apple's Monterey page, the early 2016 MacBook should be supported. Any idea what the reason is?

It is an option on 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max. Do you own the M1 Max?
