I’m unable to Install custom enterprise apps on iOS.. if I go to following process Settings-> general -> profiles & Device management .. I have as VPN & Device Management .. Inside this I’m unable to find the enterprise app to trust. Why is the solution?

Remove the VPN:
Stop using the VPN altogether. This should then work. Security Software just gets in the way on an Apple device, and the is a pure example of how and why.
