I backed up my iPhone 6 in November onto itunes. Later, deleted a what ups groups content accidentaly on the phone. Purchased an XP iphone in feb. Used the two phones to merge info. Can i add the itune info onto the new phone. I have not backed up my new phone for fear of overwriting the info.

If you want that data from November then yes, but you will lose all current data.
