As has already mentioned and follow the previous posted link.
Notation: There is only One Full Version offered from Apple for Catalina.
That is version 10.15.7 and subsequently, several Security Updates

There is no High Sierra 13.1.2 but there were previous versions ( not longer available ) 10.13. 2, 10.13.3 and so on to eventually the Last FULL Version offered by Apple which is version 10.13.6
